As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Alcohol derived from grapes or from dates is impure and hence haram. If the source of the alcohol that is used in the shampoo and body lotion is derived from another product besides grapes and dates or synthetic, it will be permissible to use such shampoo and body lotion.
