I am an unmarried Muslimah. At times I get an irritating itch in my private parts which can only be satisfied with a warm shower. During these showers I experience intense pleasure. Could this be that I am masturbating? I am uncertain as I have never had intimate relations and have never experienced an orgasm.  If I do not take the shower I continue to scratch and it gets very painful afterwards.

You have a medical condition. You should refer to your Physician for medical help. Therefore, there will be no need to take a shower. The consequent concerns will also be addressed, Insha Allah.
