As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
We are averse to the name Tahlil.
Among the favourable names in Islam are names of the Ambiya Alayhimus Salam and those of the Noble Sahabah Radiyallahu Ta’ala Anhum.

طاهر - Meaning – Virtuous, Pure, Clean.

It is mentioned in a narration that Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam is reported to have said, “To whomever is born a boy and he names him Muhammad, solely for the love of me and for the blessings of my name, then both he (the father) and his son will enter Jannah.”
