Can I claim from insurance company for injuries suffered in motor vehicle accident?
Got into a major Automobile accident with the other party being at fault. Alhamdulillah, there is no major injuries, but some minor injuries, in the form of headaches, backaches etc. At present there is nothing severe but sometimes these injuries, May Allah protect can have longtime lingering effect. Can we claim for these injuries from the insurance company?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
If you have incurred medical expenses due to the injuries that you have received from the accident, you may claim a reimbursement from the other party.
You cannot claim reimbursement for the injury itself or for its possible longtime effect.
